These terms describe the Globe Pravasi website and the guidance services shown here. They do not replace the individual details provided before a paid booking.
1. Provider and contact

2. Free content
The guides, videos and links are general information about life in Germany. Rules, prices and provider offers change. Check current official requirements and the terms of any third party before making an individual decision. The free starter guide can be read without signing up for email updates.
2a. Accounts and saved checklists
You may register with an email address and password or sign in with Google to save your progress on guide checklists. Provide an email address you can access, keep your sign-in details secure, and use your account for your own personal use. Email registrations require verification before account features are available. You can request account and checklist deletion by emailing globepravasi@gmail.com. Sign-in and account data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails or purchase an expert service.
3. Guidance services
The service pages describe the intended scope of each call or CV review. Their buttons lead to the Globe Pravasi profile on Topmate, where you can choose an available service and review its current price, availability and booking terms before paying. A service shown on this website may not currently be offered on Topmate; in that case please contact us by email. Bookings and payments take place on Topmate, not on this website.
Globe Pravasi guidance draws on practical experience. It is not legal representation, regulated immigration advice, tax advice or personalised financial advice. For those decisions, consult the relevant authority or a qualified professional.
4. Cancellations and withdrawal
Check the cancellation and rescheduling information shown with the particular Topmate booking before paying. For any question about a booking, email globepravasi@gmail.com. Applicable statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal, remain unaffected. We do not make a blanket “no refunds” claim for all services.
5. Third-party sites
This site links to official authorities, banks, social networks, Topmate and other independent services. Their products, prices, availability and terms are their own. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement. If a future link is sponsored or earns a commission, we will identify that relationship where it appears.
6. Content and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, Globe Pravasi owns the original text and graphics it publishes here. You may read and share links for personal use. Please ask before copying, reselling or republishing substantial parts of our content. Rights in linked third-party material remain with its owners.
7. Changes and applicable law
We may update site content and these terms. An update does not change an already agreed booking without your agreement. German law applies, while any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain in place.
